Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Workday Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore.

You will configure business processes, security, and integrations while delivering data‑driven HR solutions and high‑quality reports. You will partner with HR and Payroll to ensure data integrity, support semi‑annual releases, train stakeholders, and maintain thorough documentation, driving continuous improvement in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRIS experience, including 5+ years configuring Workday in at least three modules.
• Hands‑on experience building reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, andDashboards.
• Experience with EIB for data loads and integration support.
• Experience configuring Workday business process workflows and security.
• Completion of a Human Resources degree/diploma from a University/College.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to handle sensitive information with data privacy ethics.
• Attention to detail to protect HCM architecture, security, and data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders across HR/Payroll/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth Workday operations across HCM, Absence, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into data‑driven Workday solutions with HR teams.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for HR leaders.
• Coordinate payroll data retrieval, EIB loads, and reporting functions.
• Audit data integrity, security, and compliance across modules.
