Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners is seeking a Workday Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, and data governance, and excels in collaborating with HR and payroll teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday in multiple modules.
Hands-on experience building Workday reports and dashboards.
Experience with EIB data loads and integrations.
Bachelor's or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Strong ability to translate business needs into Workday configurations and reports.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth Workday operations across HCM, Absence, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR teams to translate business needs into data-driven Workday solutions.
Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and leadership.
Coordinate with payroll on data retrieval, EIB loads, and reporting functions.
Participate in Workday releases, testing, and documentation.
