Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking an experienced Business Application Analyst III in Toronto. You will own project intake, document artifacts per the PDLC, and manage business processes for applications you own.

You will ensure BAT testing, collaborate with the Test Lead and Technology partners, and support deployment and change management for initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in Workday, strong experience with EIB loads, Workday hierarchies, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level or technical certificate required.
• Hands-on Workday experience with core HCM processes and security configurations.
• Proven ability to execute EIB loads and manageWorkday hierarchies (supervisory orgs, cost centers, locations).
• Inbox ticket management experience using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Create and manage Workday stories/tasks and monitor integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom and standard Workday reports.

Responsibilities

• Own intake of projects and major initiatives and document artifacts per PDLC.
• Document business processes for all applications owned/managed.
• Manage day-to-day operations processes to meet SLAs.
• Prepare BAT testing documentation and collaborate with Test Lead.
• Ensure business and data governance requirements are met with Technology partners.
• Provide deployment support and change management for initiatives.
