Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with build/integration experience.
• Experience bridging business operations and technology across banking.
• Familiar with APIs, batch and message queues; mainframe patterns a plus.
• Proficient in documenting BDD-style requirements and vendor specs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements across business lines.
• Write detailed business/functional specs for interfaces.
• Lead workshops; create data flow diagrams and mappings.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with vendors and engineers on design and API behavior.
• Support testing, incident investigations, and change management.
