As a Work Schedule Planner for our Toxicology team in Laval, you will be responsible for the optimal planning of the working hours of our technical staff. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre‑clinical studies.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently plan the daily technical schedule implementing various work shifts to minimize overtime;
  • Balance individual employee workloads;
  • Plan the schedule according to individual skills and restrictions;
  • Plan the training depending on operational needs.
Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Administration or any related discipline;
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in work schedule planning;
  • Strong observation & organizational skills;
  • Good problem‑solving skills;
  • Good stress management;
  • Team spirit.
Role Specific Information
  • Transportation: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;
  • Salary: Starting at 27.50$/hrs;
  • Annual bonus based on performance;
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday weekdays. Possibility of having a condensed schedule of 4 days a week. You will also have to do a weekend rotation (1/2 or 1/3) and do overtime depending on the business needs;
  • Permanent position as of the hiring, full‑time 37.5hrs per week.
