Job summary

BearCom Canada is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage emergency and non-emergency requests, coordinate field resources, and maintain clear customer communication. The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, timely scheduling, and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work under pressure while following standardized procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven relevant experience.
• Typing 35 wpm with data entry experience.
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergencies.
• Proficient in English (oral and written); bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must follow company procedures and assist with development and refining procedures as needed.
• Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work under pressure and independently, and meet deadlines for delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Must be an active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Background checks may include a Motor Vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information to appropriate resource or provide a solution.
• Receive and schedule resources for trouble calls and for service projects.
• Use radio, phone or computer to send crews to appropriate locations.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other relevant information.
• Provide in-route and follow up calls to customers as part of customer service.
• Perform administrative and office clerical duties as assigned.
