Job summary

Staples Canada in Vaughan is looking for a Wireless Sales Consultant to champion the customer experience in-store. You’ll help customers and business clients explore wireless products, services, and trends, delivering practical solutions and enthusiastic, hands-on support.

You’ll stay current on offerings, meet personal sales goals, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a friendly, learning-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Technology savvy.
• Curious, approachable and passionate.
• Problem solving mindset to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Connect, share, and partner with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed customer needs; be an expert with products and services; solicit feedback and promote additional offerings.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
