Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities

• Partner with store team to create awareness of offers and drive referrals
• Achieve personal sales goals
• Maintain merchandising standards and current pricing
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards
• Stay updated via internal channels and effectively resolve customer concerns or escalate when needed
