Staples Canada in Trois-Rivières is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant who champions the customer experience in the wireless department. You will learn continually and collaborate with the store team to share expertise on the latest wireless products, services, and trends.

You will connect with customers, identify opportunities, meet or exceed sales goals, and promote value through additional products and services while upholding merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to handle daily responsibilities and serve customers.
• Technology savvy, curious, approachable, passionate and a problem solver.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed customer needs; be an expert with our products and services; follow up with customers to solicit feedback.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards).
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when appropriate.
