Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring across Ontario for winter and seasonal highway maintenance. If you hold a DZ or AZ license, join a safety-focused team with strong training and clear career growth within Ledcor's diversified company. Local applicants are prioritized; camp accommodations are available in multiple communities. Expect 8–12 hour shifts, 5x2 or 6x1 patterns, and wages between $25.50 and $33.50 per hour plus premiums and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Provide a copy of a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract.
• Previous experience operating a snow plow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round, including labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, etc.).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
