Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for winter seasonal highway maintenance across Ontario. If you hold a DZ or AZ license, you can join a safety‑conscious team dedicated to keeping Ontario highways safe.

Camp accommodations are available in several towns, with meals provided. You will operate snowplows, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment, work 8 to 12 hour shifts, and may receive premiums for AZ operation, snow plowing, and night shifts. Local applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs)
• Valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement
• Provide a copy of a 3-year CDL abstract
• Experience operating snow plow trucks or wheel loaders is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment
• Maintain Ontario highways year-round and assist with Labourer duties
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and shifts
