Ledcor Highways offers an entry-level pathway with fully funded training to upgrade a G class driver license to a DZ license, enabling participation in winter and summer operations across Ontario. The program supports paid licensing exams and on-the-job growth within Ledcor’s diversified projects.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old
• Possess a minimum Class 5 License with a clean driving record
• Able to pass MTO medical and vision screenings to obtain AZ/DZ licenses

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
