Job summary

Ledcor is hiring for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round work. Drivers with Class 1–3 licenses and a clean record are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract.
• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways and perform Labourer duties as needed (crack sealing, pothole repair, signage cleaning, etc.).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
