Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round employment. If you hold a Class 1, 2 or Class 3 license, join a company that values safety, community and career growth.

Base hourly rate ranges from 27.25 to 31.75 per hour, with premiums from 8 per hour (winter maintenance) and 14 per hour (Class 1 operator with tow plow). Some night shifts and on-call work required.

Qualifikationen

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver's abstract.
• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset, training provided.

Aufgaben

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways and assist with Labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
