Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring winter seasonal road maintenance personnel to service Alberta highways from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round employment.

The role requires operating snowplow trucks and other heavy equipment, plus Labourer duties as needed, in all weather conditions. Applicants should hold a Class 1, 2 or 3 license with air endorsement, have a clean 3-year driving abstract, and be prepared for on-call shifts, night work, and a robust benefits/RSП package.

Qualifikationen

• Physically demanding tasks; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform in all weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement; clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways; assist with Labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
