Ledcor Highways Ltd. in Alberta is seeking winter seasonal road maintenance workers from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round work. You will operate snowplows and heavy equipment to keep highways safe, and contribute to outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Required are a valid Class 1–3 license with air endorsement, a clean 3-year driver’s abstract, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior snowplow or wheel loader experience is a plus; training is provided.

Competenze

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract.
• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset; training provided.

Mansioni

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways including assisting with Labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
