Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round work. You should have a valid Class 1, 2 or 3 license with air endorsement and be prepared to operate heavy equipment in all weather.

Training, benefits and RSPs are provided, with advancement opportunities within Ledcor's diversified company. Base pay ranges from $35.25 to $53.75 per hour, with premiums for winter maintenance duties and Class 1 operations.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver's abstract.
• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset, training provided.

Aufgaben

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways including assisting with Labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
