Qualifications

• College or University Degree in Transportation/Management.
• Minimum 10 years of transportation and management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven track record of building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Direct ongoing terminal operations to meet goals while managing costs and service.
• Set goals and develop short- and long-range plans with budgets.
• Plan, develop, and implement required policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor the team to achieve company goals.
• Oversee EH&S compliance with corporate standards.
• Recruit staff to support business needs.
