Job summary

TST-CF Express in Winnipeg seeks an experienced Terminal Manager to lead our service centre operations, drive growth, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Reporting to Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee staffing, safety, budgeting, and policy implementation while mentoring a high-performing team in a unionized environment. The ideal candidate has a college or university degree and 10+ years of transportation and management experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct ongoing terminal operations to meet goals while managing costs and service.
• Set goals and develop short- and long-range plans with budgets.

We are now looking for an experienced Terminal Manager to join our Winnipeg Service Centre team:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position’s primary focus will be to manage the growth of terminal and to continue to provide a high level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the organization’s ongoing operations and activities toward the accomplishment of organizational goals while managing costs and service.
• Define and recommend goals, develop specific short and long-rang plans and programs together with supporting budgeted targets.
• Direct the planning, development and implementation of necessary policies procedures.
• Ability to coach and mentor your team for success and to achieve Company Goals.
• EH&S Management and compliance to Corporate Standards.
• Recruitment of staff to meet the needs of our business.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Transportation and Management Experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment would be an asset
