Job summary

TST-CF Express in Saskatoon seeks an experienced Terminal Manager to lead the Saskatoon Service Centre. You will oversee daily operations, drive cost efficiency, and ensure high service levels for our North American LTL network.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will develop goals, mentor a high-performing team, and enforce OH&S standards while recruiting top talent to support growth.

Qualifications

• Requires College or University Degree and 5-7 years of managerial experience in transportation logistics.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.

We are now looking for an experienced Terminal Manager to join our Saskatoon Service Centre team:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position’s primary focus will be to manage the growth of terminal and to continue to provide a high level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the organization’s ongoing operations and activities toward the accomplishment of organizational goals while managing costs and service.
• Define and recommend goals, develop specific short and long-rang plans and programs together with supporting budgeted targets.
• Direct the planning, development and implementation of necessary policies procedures.
• Ability to coach and mentor your team for success and to achieve Company Goals.
• OH&S Management and compliance to Corporate Standards.
• Recruitment of staff to meet the needs of our business.

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree
• 5-7 years of working as a Manager in Transportation Logistics and Supply chain Management Experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment would be an asset
• Proven record of building a high performing team
• Demonstrates ability to adapt well to change
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Can problem solve and provide recommendations to improve the business
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
• Leads by example, results driven.
