Job summary

TST-CF Express is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor for our Edmonton Service Centre. The role reports to the Terminal Manager and oversees supervision and coordination of inbound operations, including routing, loading/unloading, and on-time departures.

Shifts run from 12 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. You will work with the operations team to meet targets, ensure efficient shipments, and provide customer escalation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation/operational environments.
• Forklift knowledge is an asset.
• Unionized environment experience is an asset.
• Proficient with email and online tools.
• AS400 experience is an asset.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines in a high transactional operations environment.

We are now looking for an experienced Inbound Operations Supervisor to join our Edmonton Service Centre team:

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, this position will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of operations. You will ensure effective routing and planning of delivery routes, supervise loading and unloading processes, ensuring on time departures.

Shifts hours: 12 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments
• Provide support in Warehouse and Logistics

• Ensure proper utilization of Line haul Trailers
• Effectively communicate issues to management

Qualifications:

• Previous Transportation or operational experience
• Forklift knowledge would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
• Comfortable with computer technology (email and online web tools)
• AS400 experience is an asset
• Demonstrated customer relationship skills
• Self-starter and ability to manage with minimal supervision
• Able to meet deadlines in a high transactional operations environment
