Job summary

LCBO in Lafontaine, Ontario is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with wine, beer and spirits and to operate our computerized cash registers on-site.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with the public and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
• Criminal background check required prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide best-in-class service at checkout or on the store floor.
• Interact with customers, co-workers, wholesale and trade representatives.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and maintaining Ready Standards.
• Handle repetitive lifting up to 40 lbs/18 kg and process transactions.
