Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Montreal to support wholesale order execution, delivery accuracy, and issue visibility. You will work with SAP, BI tools, and Excel to maintain order books, analyze data, and ensure on‑time delivery for our Aldo/APS Brands.

The role requires a detail‑oriented professional who communicates in French and English, with strong Excel skills and experience in wholesale or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; role involves international communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with large datasets, formulas, pivots, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience with SAP or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment.
• Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports.
• Build and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
• Manage customer‑specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Monitor demand to support accurate production planning.
• Partner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service by managing inquiries, issues, delays, and claims.
• Identify sales opportunities through product and operational support.
• Support team members with cross‑training, documentation, and additional tasks as needed.

Overview

TheOperationsCoordinator is a key member of the Demand Management team, supporting theaccurateandtimelyexecution of wholesale customer orders for Aldo / APS Brands. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting
• High confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Willingness to support the team beyond core responsibilities
• Customer service experience in wholesale or supply chain (preferred)
• SAP or ERP experience (preferred)
