Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Associate Product Developer to support communication between suppliers, internal teams, and retail partners from concept to sample. The role focuses on coordinating sourcing, maintaining PLM data, and assisting with concept creation for men’s and women’s lines.

You will work closely with the Senior Product Developer & Designer to refine style/colorways, prepare sales materials, and analyze data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2–3 years of footwear industry experience.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • PLM experience required.
  • On-site 3–5 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with the sourcing team and ensure timely sample delivery.
  • Maintain accurate product information in the PLM system.
  • Support style/colorway specifications with the Senior Product Developer & Designer.
  • Assist with concept creation (Photoshop/Illustrator — asset).
  • Prepare sales presentations and analyze sales data.
  • Oversee the Men’s & Women’s sample room.

About The Role

ALDO Product Services (APS) partners with major global retailers to deliver branded wholesale, private label, and sourcing solutions. As an Associate Product Developer, you’ll support communication between suppliers, internal teams, and retail partners while ensuring smooth product development from concept to sample.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication with the sourcing team and ensure timely sample delivery.
  • Maintain accurate product information in the PLM system.
  • Support style/colorway specifications with the Senior Product Developer & Designer.
  • Assist with concept creation (Photoshop/Illustrator — asset).
  • Prepare sales presentations and analyze sales data.
  • Oversee the Men’s & Women’s sample room.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2–3 years of industry experience (footwear preferred).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong fashion awareness and attention to detail.
  • PLM experience required.
  • Team-oriented, organized, able to work on-site 3–5 days/week.
