Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and polished White Glove Elite Security Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential site. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, an elevated concierge presence, and a minimum of 5 years of elite concierge or front-of-house experience. The Security Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors while ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of everyone on‑site. This position blends premium hospitality with advanced security awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver premium, white‑glove concierge service to residents, guests, and vendors.

• Monitor site access, verify identification, and manage visitor entry/exit.

• Conduct routine patrols and oversee surveillance to ensure site safety.

• Maintain strong visibility at designated posts and respond to security concerns.

• Communicate effectively with security teams and site management via radio.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical and security incidents.

• Document daily activities, incidents, and shift reports accurately.

• Protect property, assets, and sensitive areas from unauthorized access.

• Uphold all safety protocols and ensure compliance across the site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of elite concierge, luxury hospitality, or upscale front‑of‑house experience.

• Prior security experience is an asset but not required if concierge background is exceptional.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
