CT Real Estate in Canada is seeking a Development Manager to lead site selection, real estate procurement, and development activities for Western Canada. You will drive new store developments, relocations, renovations, and expansions from concept through opening, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and budgets.

• Progressive experience in commercial real estate development, land development, planning, or retail development.
• Strong knowledge of municipal approvals, zoning, permitting, entitlements, and land-use planning.
• Proven project management experience, including managing schedules, capital budgets, consultants, risks, and multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, planners, municipalities, developers, landlords, and other external partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee municipal planning and approvals across Western Canada, including design, land use planning, zoning, permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals.
• Lead the Western Development team, including direct management, coaching, performance development, and workload prioritization.
• Manage the execution of development projects from site acquisition through municipal approvals, construction commencement, and store opening.
• Engage external consultants and internal stakeholders to support development objectives and approval requirements.
• Prepare business cases and executive presentations for strategy reviews, capital approval processes, and Real Estate Committee submissions.
