Job summary

Intelcom Courrier Canada INC is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager in British Columbia to lead end-to-end construction projects for lease expansions, fit-outs, and related site work. You will coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and compliant design.

The role requires 5–10 years in commercial/industrial construction in Canada, knowledge of NBCC, and eligibility for professional designations; travel up to 30% is expected; PMP/ CCM /

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or logistics construction projects in Canada.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes, provincial regulations, and AHJ processes.
• Experience acting as an owner's representative is preferred.
• Post-secondary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• PMP, CCM, P.Eng., LEED or equivalent designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate construction projects from pre‑lease to close‑out.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Security, IT, and Legal teams.
• Review contracts, work letters, and clauses; flag unfavorable terms with Legal and CRE.
• Oversee design, budgeting, schedules, and contractor performance on site.
• Ensure compliance with NBCC, local codes, energy and environmental standards.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and EV infrastructure planning where feasible.
• Maintain on‑site oversight and ensure safety policies are followed.
