Job summary

RB Global is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager for West Central Saskatchewan. You will prospect, cold call, and manage accounts while focusing on agricultural customers.

The role includes an uncapped compensation potential with a base salary, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account. You will travel within the territory, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in outside/field sales with a quota track record.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
• Experience in quota-driven sales is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
• Competitive without sacrificing integrity.
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source new customers, manage existing accounts, and grow the territory.
• Maintain the territory playbook and utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions through presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Attend auctions regionally and travel overnight 5–7 days per month.
