Job summary

Timac Agro Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow Saskatchewan operations by hiring and mentoring Agronomic Technical Consultants while expanding customer relationships with Ag Retailers.

You will travel up to 75% of the time, lead ATCs to achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with the Product Manager, Sales Director, and partners to drive regional sales plans. This remote-first role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making across a broad agricultural region.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of agronomy/agriculture experience.
• CCA designation is a strong asset.
• High school diploma and valid driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, coach, monitor and performance manage 6–8 Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs).
• Travel weekly (75%) within the region to support and lead ATCs in driving sales objectives.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to monitor ATCs performance and plan improvements.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan and goals focused on growing revenue with ATCs and distributors.
• Accurately record all visits in the CRM daily and forecast for the region.
