Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager for West Central Saskatchewan. The role focuses on agricultural customers, prospecting new business, managing existing accounts, and driving billions in gross transactional value yearly.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will travel to auctions, develop the territory, and leverage multi-channel solutions while building strong customer relationships. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with track record of meeting quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in quota-driven sales.
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
• Competitive without sacrificing integrity.
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road.
