Job summary

You will collaborate with North American service teams and business units to align commitments with execution, while focusing on safety, quality, productivity and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead regional service organization for safe, efficient execution of activities.
• Grow operational capabilities, workforce, and infrastructure to support growth.
• Ensure staffing, training, tools, and processes meet current/future needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor regional performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
