Job summary

BBA Consultants seeks an experienced industry leader to shape the future of its High-Voltage Field Services across Western Canada. The role focuses on growth, market development and strategic direction, working with senior leadership to guide delivery capacity and talent development.

Travel across Canada and collaboration with clients, partners and internal teams are expected. Strong English and French skills are valued, with a broad network in Western Canadian utility markets to drive growth

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in utility/industrial field services, commissioning, protection and control, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success leading client accounts, strategic pursuits or market growth initiatives.
• Established Western Canadian utility/generator/contractor network.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for BBA's High-Voltage Field Services.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships across utilities and industrial accounts.
• Lead or sponsor major pursuits, capture strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Mentor leaders within Field Services and help recruit top talent.
• Provide strategic guidance on service offerings, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
