Job summary

Hitachi Energy Canada Inc. seeks a Regional Manager, West to lead the regional service organization across Western Canada, driving safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service operations, customer relationships, and service execution activities.
• Experience developing organizational capabilities, workforce planning, and team development.
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional service organization to support safe, efficient, and profitable execution of service activities.
• Grow the operational capabilities, workforce, and infrastructure required to support business growth.
• Ensure staffing, competency development, tools, and processes are in place to meet current and future customer requirements.
• Support operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and take actions when improvements are needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and support strategic discussions on service execution and future requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional service team with a culture of safety and accountability.
