Saje Natural Wellness in Alberta seeks a Store Team Member to deliver the Saje experience and educate customers on 100% natural wellness. You’ll build personalized product recommendations, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store presence.

Key traits include strong communication, empathy, and a passion for wellness. Flexible mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays are required, with a high school diploma as a minimum. Saje offers growth and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a scented environment.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening.
• Experience in product sales and educating customers on wellness.
• Able to upsell and drive basket size.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; blackout period applies.
• Minimum of a high school education.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Saje experience with exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on natural wellness.
• Build personalized product baskets to support wellness goals.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment.
• Support store operations and merchandising as needed.
