Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years' administrative experience; minimum one-year supervisory experience.
• YMCA/AFLCA Group Fitness certification and teaching experience preferred.
• Current Standard First Aid with CPR‑C certification.
• Evidence of a clear Police Information Check.

Aufgaben

• Carry out administrative tasks including scheduling and payroll.
• Instruct a variety of Group Fitness classes and ensure quality member service.
• Assist with recruitment and orientation of volunteers.
• Take an active role in planning and promoting community events.
