Responsibilities

• Meet targets in the Experience Manager scorecard.
• Ensure programming aligns with course outlines and quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for Sport, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness, Youth, and Daycamp & Climbing, E-sports.
• Recruit, train and develop program delivery staff; coach direct and indirect reports.
