Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Administration Coordinator is responsible for managing day to day administrative operations for their assigned branches and support regional operational consistency. This is a regional position; the South position will support Brookfield Residental YMCA atSeton, Remington YMCA at Quarry park, and Shawnessy YMCA branches.
As part of a Health, Fitness, and Aquatics Branch (HFA) this position will also be responsible for Duty Manager shifts on a regular basis, ensuring the maintenance of the branch and coordinating health and safety responses in the event of an emergency.
