Job summary

e4c is seeking a Wellness Manager in Edmonton, AB. You will build authentic connections with residents in a supportive housing setting, mentor Wellness Coaches, and lead the development of wellness strategies that support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

You will collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure programming meets resident needs and funder requirements while developing a strong, recovery-oriented environment and a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance (min. $2 million liability).
• Medication Administration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident intake into the Transitional Housing Program with the Site Manager and multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and mentor Wellness Coaches and the Weekend Wellness Coordinator.
• Plan, implement, and oversee wellness strategies and activities for holistic well-being.
• Manage program budgets, reporting, and wellness supplies.
• Foster a safe, supportive environment and guide residents toward goals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and mentor program staff; promote team culture.
• Facilitate resident engagement and community-building within e4c programs.
