Job summary

Homeward Trust in Edmonton seeks a Senior Manager, Access, Prevention and Supports to provide senior leadership for Coordinated Access, prevention and diversion, landlord relations and sector training. The role leads cross-functional teams, partners with funders and governance bodies, and drives program innovation aligned with the organization’s strategic vision.

The incumbent will oversee redevelopment of the Coordinated Access system, ensure data sharing with partners via ETO and other tools,

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in social sciences, human services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of program management or supervisory experience in non-profit housing/homelessness sector.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coordinated Access system redevelopment and governance in Edmonton, including BNL, screening, matching and data-sharing.
• Oversee prevention and diversion integration across the system and eviction prevention initiatives.
• Manage Landlord Relations, Sector Training and Capacity Building, and organizational leadership activities.
• Partner with provincial and municipal agencies, funders and Homeward Trust senior leadership.
• Develop policies, measure outcomes and report on program results to CEO, Senior Director and Board.
