The role focuses on data-driven program evolution, cost efficiency, and stakeholder partnerships to deliver exceptional benefits and wellbeing for Ontario healthcare workers and HOOPP employees.

• Design, implement, and deliver HOOPP's wellness program in line with Total Rewards philosophy.
• Manage disability claims and workplace accommodation cases with confidentiality and compliance.
• Support benefits program design, renewals, vendor reviews, and budget planning.
