HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) in Toronto is seeking a Benefits Manager to design, implement, and oversee HOOPP's wellness, disability management, and workplace accommodation programs, aligning them with the Total Rewards strategy. Reporting to the Associate Director, Benefits, you will lead data-driven program reviews and vendor partnerships to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in wellness and benefits, including program design, implementation, and management informed by data insights.
• 5-7 years of direct experience managing disability and medical accommodation cases in a complex organizational environment.
• CEBS designation is an asset.
• Strong analytical, planning, and proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Design, renew and evaluate HOOPP's Canadian and UK benefits programs, aligning with Total Rewards strategy.
• Provide analytical and operational support during renewals, vendor reviews and budget planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess benefits utilization and vendor performance.
• Deliver clear benefits communications for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain an evidence-based benefits program using data insights.
