Job summary

Active Dynamics is seeking a Production Operator (COBOT) in the Welding department for the Day Shift (7:00am–3:30pm). You will set up and operate welding cobot equipment to meet production demands and organize tooling to maintain quality.

Responsibilities include performing equipment setup and tear down, conducting quality checks, documenting data, performing basic troubleshooting, maintaining 5S housekeeping, and complying with safety standards. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Welding dept with basic hazard knowledge
• Willing to learn and be punctual
• Written and oral English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down Welding equipment and organize tooling to meet production demands
• Operate Welding equipment to meet production demands
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product compliance and specification
• Notify Lead Hand/Supervisor of defects or serious occurrences
• Document and record data as per work cards and company requirements
• Perform equipment operational checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S requirements
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
