Job description

Estampro is looking for a Robotic Welding Operator

Estampro is looking for a 2 Robotic Welding Operators.

The Robotic Welding Operator is responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding metal components using robotic welding equipment according to technical drawings and production specifications. The operator ensures proper machine performance, adjusts production settings, and verifies the quality of finished parts.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications;
• Position and secure metal parts on welding fixtures;
• Start, stop, and adjust robotic welding parameters;
• Correct welding paths and offsets when required;
• Inspect welded parts to ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Perform manual touch-ups, grinding, and finishing work as needed;
• Clean welding heads and replace wire, nozzles, and other consumables;
• Operate material handling equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts;
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

• High School Diploma (or equivalent);
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Basic understanding of robotic equipment and automated manufacturing processes;
• Ability to adjust production parameters and troubleshoot minor issues;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and autonomy;
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

SCHEDULE :

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday from 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (40 hours/week)
• Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday from 4:50 p.m. to 3:10 a.m. (40 hours/week)
