Job summary

The Campus Play Studio in Kilworth, ON is looking for a confident, energetic Studio Lead to manage a busy space across our play studio, birthday parties, events and Little Perks café. This hands-on leadership role will involve managing a team across shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring a welcoming, organized and fun guest experience for children and families.

Availability is required on full Saturdays and Sundays with additional hours possible during evening events, PD days, school breaks and

• Recent, direct people-management experience is required.

• First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.

Part-Time | Weekends + Additional Opportunities

Campus Play Studio is looking for a confident, energetic Studio Lead who knows how to manage people, keep a busy space moving and create a great experience for both our team and our guests.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be managing a team while working across our play studio, birthday parties, events and Little Perks café — often with a lot happening at once.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, manage and motivate a team throughout each shift
• Delegate tasks, give direction and keep the team moving
• Manage multiple areas and priorities at the same time
• Work cross-functionally between the studio, parties, events and café
• Connect confidently with both children and adults
• Problem-solve and make decisions in the moment
• Jump into the café and support drink/service operations when needed
• Help create a space that feels organized, welcoming and fun

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent, direct people-management experience is required
• Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident giving direction, delegating and holding people accountable
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Positive, energetic and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable working with both children and adults
• Experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, camps, events or customer service is an asset
• First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain

AVAILABILITY

Full Saturday + Sunday availability is required, although you may not be scheduled every weekend.

There are also opportunities for additional hours through evening parties and events, PD Days, school breaks and full-time summer hours.
