Job summary

The Campus Play Studio in Kilworth, ON is looking for a confident, energetic Studio Lead to manage a busy space across our play studio, birthday parties, events and Little Perks café. This hands-on leadership role will involve managing a team across shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring a welcoming, organized and fun guest experience for children and families.

Availability is required on full Saturdays and Sundays with additional hours possible during evening events, PD days, school breaks and

Qualifications

• Recent, direct people-management experience is required.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to delegate, direct and hold others accountable.
• Comfortable working with children and adults.
• First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team throughout each shift.
• Delegate tasks, give direction and keep the team moving.
• Manage multiple areas and priorities at the same time.
• Work cross-functionally between the studio, parties, events and café.
• Connect confidently with both children and adults.
• Problem-solve and make decisions in the moment.
• Jump into the café and support drink/service operations when needed.
• Help create a space that feels organized, welcoming and fun.
