Community Sports Partners in Ontario is seeking an energetic Lead Coach to deliver fun, engaging recreational programs for toddlers and youth. You will lead coaching sessions, oversee program quality, and mentor coaches while collaborating with the management team to ensure high-quality programming.

Availability aligns with operating times (Tue/Wed 5–7pm, Sun 9am–12pm). Experience with ages 2–12 is preferred; soccer experience with toddler/youth groups is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability during operating times: Tuesday & Wednesday 5-7pm, and Sunday 9am-12pm.
• Experience with children ages 2-12 years.
• Preference for experienced soccer coaches who can work with Toddler and Youth ages.
• Coaching certifications (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train) are assets.
• Complete both Culture Index survey and Skills game assessment before or after applying.

We are one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports organizations in the GTA. We run FUN, engaging youth sports coaching sessions that create lasting memories for the families in our communities!

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Lead Coach to take a leadership role in delivering fun, engaging recreational programs for toddlers and youth. Responsibilities include leading coaching sessions, overseeing program quality, training and mentoring coaches, and contributing to program development. The ideal candidate is an experienced coach who is equally comfortable running engaging sessions, supporting the development of other coaches, and collaborating with our management team to ensure high-quality programming. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the coach and player experience, helping ensure our programs are well-organized, enjoyable, and impactful.

• Availability during operational times: Tuesday & Wednesday 5-7pm, and Sunday 9am-12pm

• Experience working with children ages 2 - 12 years old
• Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages
• Experience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.)
• Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset
• Complete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying. Applications with both completed are reviewed first:

  • Skills game assessment

Compensation: $24 - 27 p/h
