Job summary

Rise People in Squamish, BC is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Associate for weekend shifts. The role is 10–20 hours and starts Aug 28, 2026. You will greet guests, share information, process tickets, and support café, gift shop, and operations as needed.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and able to multitask in a dynamic outdoor setting. Cash handling and POS experience are a plus, with weekend availability required.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Outdoor, guest-facing role in varying weather conditions.
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• May occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and use step stools or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer questions and provide information about attractions, services, and policies.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalates issues when needed.
• Promote a positive and inclusive guest experience.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Squamish Canyon.
• Process ticket sales and payments accurately.
• Handle cash, reconcile tills, and maintain transaction records.
• Maintain organized guest services documentation and tracking systems.
• Keep ticketing and guest-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with internal teams, tour operators, and external partners.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist in other departments as required.
