Job summary

Pursuit in Banff is seeking a seasonal full-time team member for Spring/Summer 2026 to help guests connect with iconic destinations. You will coordinate passenger manifests, arrange transportation options, assist with ticket sales, manage luggage, and greet guests with outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational coordination: organizing passenger manifests and transportation options.

• Respond to inquiries via multiple channels and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Handle administrative tasks: dispatch, duty sheets, manifests, inquiries, reports, and payments via POS.
