Qualifications

• CIRO IR/RR approvals are required to perform in this role.
• Bilingual English and French is required for service across Canada.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial services.
• Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Client service experience with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess client needs and identify the best RBC platform or department.
• Manage a portfolio of transition activities across three branches: Québec City, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières.
• Process inbound client inquiries from the RBC Wealth Management Canada platform and phone channels with timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed activity records in the contact management system and ensure accurate documentation.
• Deliver branch presentations to communicate the CSS program value and transition process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across RBC DS management, advisory teams, and partner departments.
• Provide ongoing support for the investment advisory leave program.
• Contribute to firm-wide Wealth Management Canada initiatives and strategic projects.
