You will guide clients through digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists to create meaningful experiences and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes sales targets, collaboration with partners, and delivering trusted financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• Proven passion for placing clients first in a target-driven sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and proactively connect with clients.
• Flexible, eager to learn, ethical, and driven to succeed.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
• Bilingual English and French required for regular client service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community, uncovering banking needs and identifying sales/referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstration, using technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales.
• Respond to client-initiated contacts and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen to understand clients' individual needs.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
